Laura’s desserts were absolutely wonderful for our wedding. My husband and I aren’t really cake people, so we wanted to do something a little different and order a spread of bars in lieu of cake for our dessert. Laura’s lemon bars, brownies, apple oatmeal bars and millionaire shortbread were a total hit and positively delicious. Her communication was also excellent throughout the whole booking process. In short, I would absolutely recommend her to make your desserts for any occasion. Thank you Laura for your part in making our wedding day so special!

Birch Bakery and the owner Laura are wonderful! I came to Laura needing a wedding cake for my 10 year vow renewal and truthfully on short notice. Laura saved the day and agreed to do a cake for my wedding. I sent over pictures and expressed what I wanted. The cake was beautiful, it tasted amazing and she did exactly what I asked for and it made our day so much more special. She wished us a beautiful day and had the most amazing customer service. She was great at communicating and listening to what I wanted. If you need a wedding cake I would highly recommend Birch Bakery!
So happy we decided to use Birch Bakery for our wedding desserts!!! I have never seen a line so long for the dessert table at a wedding in my life. The ordering process was so easy as well as delivery. Plus you get to sample which desserts to try before having to make the order which helped SO MUCH. Laura was the best to work with, and I loved getting to help a small local business. Everything looked and tasted fantastic.
